We provide convenient mobile notary services and travel to homes, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice centers, banks, businesses, schools, and other agreed-upon locations. Our goal is to make the notarization process as smooth and stress-free as possible, especially during urgent or sensitive situations.

A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to the client’s location to notarize documents. This is especially helpful for individuals who are elderly, hospitalized, homebound, busy professionals, or anyone who needs documents notarized at a convenient location.
We commonly notarize power of attorney forms, wills, affidavits, consent forms, real estate documents, loan documents, school forms, business documents, medical-related forms, financial documents, eligible translation-related documents completed through our translation service, and other documents requiring proper identification and notarization.
Yes. We specialize in traveling to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospice locations. We handle these appointments with patience, compassion, and professionalism, especially when families are dealing with urgent or emotional circumstances.
You will need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other acceptable identification. The signer must be physically present or appear through an approved Remote Online Notarization platform, willing to sign, aware of what they are signing, and able to communicate with the notary.
Yes. J & C Majestic Services now offers Remote Online Notarization, also known as RON. This allows eligible documents to be notarized online using a secure audio-video platform, so clients do not always have to meet in person.
Remote Online Notarization may be available for clients located anywhere in the United States and in some countries outside the United States, depending on the document type, signer identification requirements, platform approval, and whether the receiving agency will accept an online notarization.
Yes. Through Remote Online Notarization, we may be able to notarize eligible documents for clients located anywhere in the United States and in some countries internationally. The signer must be able to complete the required identity verification process and appear before the notary through a secure online audio-video platform.
Please note that acceptance of Remote Online Notarization depends on the receiving agency, document type, and applicable requirements. Clients should confirm whether the receiving party will accept a remotely notarized document before scheduling.
No. J & C Majestic Services is not a law office and does not provide legal advice. We cannot tell you which document to use, how to complete legal forms, or whether a document is legally sufficient. If you need legal guidance, you should consult with a licensed attorney.
An apostille is a form of authentication issued for documents that will be used in another country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. It verifies the authority of the public official, notary, or government office connected to the document.
No. J & C Majestic Services does not issue the apostille. The Secretary of State’s office or other designated government authority is the official issuing authority for apostilles. We provide apostille facilitation services, meaning we assist clients with preparing, notarizing when needed, submitting, and coordinating the apostille process.
Yes. We provide apostille facilitation for documents throughout all 50 states. We also offer expedited apostille facilitation for Wisconsin documents, with many Wisconsin apostille requests processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days, depending on the document type and Secretary of State processing availability.
Documents that commonly require an apostille include birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, divorce decrees, powers of attorney, school transcripts, diplomas, FBI background checks, adoption documents, business documents, single status affidavits, and notarized personal or legal documents.
Yes. We specialize in apostille facilitation for FBI background checks. These documents are often needed for international employment, residency, teaching abroad, immigration, dual citizenship, or other foreign government requirements.
Processing times vary depending on the type of document, the state involved, and the government office handling the apostille. Wisconsin apostille facilitation may often be completed quickly, sometimes within 1 to 2 business days. Apostilles from other states or federal agencies may take longer.
Some documents must be notarized before they can receive an apostille, while others must be certified copies issued by a government agency. The requirement depends on the document type and the destination country’s rules. We can help review the general apostille process, but we do not provide legal advice.
Yes. We can notarize eligible documents intended for international use, and we can also assist with apostille facilitation when the receiving country requires authentication. We also offer Remote Online Notarization for eligible documents when accepted by the receiving party. It is important to confirm the receiving country’s or agency’s requirements before beginning the process.
Yes. J & C Majestic Services assists clients with certified document translation coordination for personal, legal, immigration, business, school, and international document needs. Once the translation has been completed and certified through our translation service, we can also notarize eligible translation-related documents when notarization is required.
We serve clients throughout Wisconsin, across the United States, and internationally. Translation services are especially helpful for birth certificates, marriage certificates, school records, legal documents, immigration-related documents, business documents, and documents being prepared for apostille or international use.
Yes. J & C Majestic Services can notarize eligible translation-related documents only when the translation is completed through our translation service/company and the proper certification or affidavit is prepared for notarization.
Please understand that notarization does not verify the accuracy of the translation itself. The notary verifies the identity of the signer and completes the appropriate notarial act according to applicable notary laws. If you already have a translation completed by another company or individual, we may not be able to notarize that translated document or related certification.
Yes. J & C Majestic Services provides professional loan signing services for title companies, signing companies, attorneys, lenders, and private clients. We have completed thousands of loan signings and understand the importance of accuracy, punctuality, and properly executed documents.

Yes. We frequently assist families with power of attorney notarizations in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice settings. The signer must be alert, willing, aware of what they are signing, and able to communicate directly with the notary.
A notary may notarize certain documents when legally appropriate, but wills have specific legal requirements that vary by situation. We strongly recommend consulting with an attorney before signing a will or estate planning document. We can provide mobile notary services once the proper document and signing requirements are confirmed.
